Nature Villa KASEKE
Nature Villa KASEKE is the first outcome of our ambitious idea to create an exclusive nature resort with luxurious and sustainable boutique villas. The name KASEKE is a nod to the birch trees surrounding the Villa which were all preserved during the construction works as not a single tree was cut down. The exterior and interior of the Villa are made of thermally modified ash upholding the value of sustainability while creating a unique architectural design. KASEKE was born in collaboration with the talented b210 architects who exceeded all our expectations and brought our vision to life.
KASEKE has won many architecture and design awards, including the public vote in the small interior category of Dezeen Awards in 2021. In addition to some Estonian awards and nominations KASEKE was also nominated for one of the most prestigious architectural awards in EU – Mies van der Rohe.
KASEKE is opened from August 2020.

Nature Villa is located next to the historical Maidla Manor complex that’s around 5 centuries old.
There is a lot to discover for the ones interested in Estonian history and Manor culture as well as architecture and nature.

Prices differ from weekdays to weekends and may change due to seasonality or national days.
Prices for KASEKE are between 295 € to 375 €.

General information
The Nature Villa is within enjoyable walking distance (400m) from the car park and the reception (Servant's house). Think through what to bring with you, as Villa can't be reached by car.
There is no kitchen area in the Villa, just a water kettle, coffee maker and a mini bar.
Once you arrive in Maidla, you will be greeted by our house fairy, who will help to make your stay pleasant and memorable.
Read more about dinner options. For dinner, we have created two options for you: an exclusive 6-course dinner in the cozy SOO restaurant (in the former manor servant's house). It is also possible to enjoy a cozy take-away style dinner at Nature Villa at any time of the week. Pre-bookings are required!
We recommend that you enrich your visit with some activities in nature. If Rapla county seems unfamiliar or there is no right equipment to take a hike on your own, we suggest exploring the possibilities early from our beloved partners. Read more about activities.
PS! We would like to notify that Nature Villa is designed for max 2 people. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to have your infant staying with you so that we could advise accordingly.
Pets policy
Pets are allowed in Nature Villas only on prior agreement with the management for an extra fee.
Pets are not allowed to be left alone in any of the Nature Villas and it is forbidden for pets to sleep in the bed.
