Nature Villas cancellation policy:
Cancellation
› If canceled 31+ days before date of arrival, 25% will be charged of the total amount of the booking.
› If canceled 15-30 days before date of arrival, 75% will be charged of the total amount of the booking.
› If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100% will be charged of the total amount of the booking.
Booking changes
› If you want to make changes to your booking, please contact us through e-mail info@maidlaresort.com or by phone +372 5648 8132 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
› Booking can be changed charge free minimum 30 days prior initial reservation date
Cancellation in case of acute illness / force majeure
During force majeure, you can cancel your stay at Maidla Nature Resort outside the current cancellation policy. This means that if you meet and follow the conditions, you can get back up to 75% of the total amount. Unforeseen events may include: Deaths, illnesses or accidents of a serious nature affecting yourself, your fellow traveler, spouse, partner, your or your respective parents, children or siblings.
Obligations of the guest
Check the booking confirmation as soon as you receive it. Any errors must be addressed immediately through email.
SOO Restaurant cancellation policy:
For smaller parties of 2-4 guests
› If canceled 5+ days before the dinner, 0% will be charged (100% refund).
› If canceled 3-5 days before the dinner, 50% will be charged (50% refund).
› If canceled up to 48 hours before the dinner, 100% will be charged.
› Change Reservation: Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us via email or phone at least 2 days before the initial reservation date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
For groups from 6 guests
› If canceled 14+ days before the dinner, 0% will be charged (100% refund).
› If canceled 13-8 days before the dinner, 50% will be charged (50% refund).
› If canceled up to 7 days before the dinner, 100% will be charged.
› Change Reservation: Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us via email or phone at least 7 days before the initial reservation date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Cancellation in Case of Acute Illness/Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure or acute illness, please notify us promptly via email or phone.
Gift card terms of use:
› Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue date and are not extendable.
› Gift card must be redeemed no later than the last day of validity marked on the card.
› Gift cards may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
› Gift cards cannot be redeemed against existing bookings.
› Gift cards can be used for full or partial payment of overnight stays and other services (SOO Restaurant or activities) at the Maidla Nature Resort.
› If the total value of your stay is greater than the gift card, the excess is the responsibility of the gift card holder.
› Maidla Nature Resort reserves the right not to accept gift cards where it is already redeemed, used fraudulently or is invalid for the booking being made.
› Maidla Nature Resort will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Please treat gift cards as cash.
› Late cancellation of reservations, within the prescribed cancellation policy, will render the gift card null & void.
› Gift card must be used by persons over 18 years of age only.
› Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
